Eine traumhafte Wohnung in einer sehr schön gelegenen, ruhigen Lage. Marina und Marco sind sehr zuvorkommend und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen, sodass wir sehr viel von Istrien sehen konnten. Die Wohnung ist tipptopp und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Roc ist sehr ländlich gelegen. Wer im Urlaub Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier mehr als gut aufgehoben. Mit dem Auto kann man viele tolle Orte in unter einer Stunde FahrZeit besuchen. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und hoffen es war nicht unser letzter Besuch.

This was our second visit and it was just as amazing as the first! The apartment is spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. The free Nespresso coffee machine with its fantastic selection of capsules was a real treat every morning! The washing machine was super convenient. The location is ideal for climbers, with fantastic climbing spots just a few minutes away. We can’t wait to return for our third visit! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Roč.

Prečudovit apartma z umetelno izdelanim masivnim pohištvom. Zelo udobne postelje z mehko pojstelnino, ponoči pa popolna tišina in tema, da si lahko res spočiješ. Apartma je brezhibno opremljen, tako da ne potrebuješ ničesar vzeti s sabo (od kave, čajev, kakava, zobotrebcev, vrečk, začimb, olja do vseh kuhinjskih pripomočkov, kar si jih lahko zamisliš), pri čemer je bilo vse zelo čisto in novo. Všeč nam je bilo tudi, ker je vsak imel brisače svojih barv. Dodana vrednost je tudi krasna terasa. Lastniki so izredno prijazni in ustrežljivi. Z eno besedo: amazing!!

In simple words: Just perfect!!!
This isn’t the cheapest apartment we ever booked, but surely one of the best: the apartment has excellent design and suitable equipment for making a meal and breakfast. The host paid attention to all the small details that make the difference. The apartment was extremely clean and very well kept. Lots of lovely little touches.
Great addition was lots of different taste of tea and Nespresso coffee machine with pods included.
Marina is a real host, nice and welcoming with lots of info.
I would highly recommend staying at this apartment for a restful and enjoyable stay.

Wir waren im August für 10 Tage bei Marina zu Gast. Es war ein Traumurlaub, mit allen, was für uns dazugehört. Eine wunderschöne Lage und eine gemütliche, sehr saubere Unterkunft. Marina war eine zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie ist freundlich und hat auch Extrawünsche erfüllt. Sie versorgte uns mit Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung und gab uns Tipps für Ausflugsziele. Sie hatte sich immer für Fragen Zeit genommen. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Ein unfassbar toller,sehr ruhiger und voller netten Menschen, kleiner süßer Ort.
Die Gastgeberin eine sehr liebe,zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Person. Die Unterkunft fabelhaft,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden es auch mal schön,einfach dort unsere Ruhe zu haben und waren nicht nur dort zum Schlafen. Bei 35 Grad ist drinnen mit einer Klimaanlage gesorgt.
Die Ausstattung war voll ausgestattet,es fehlte an NICHTS.
Wir überlegen sogar nächstes Jahr wieder dahin zu fahren,weil wir wissen was wir da haben.

Een fantastische plek! Middenin een fijn en pittoresk dorpje. Marina is erg behulpzaam, gastvrij en reageert super snel op al onze vragen. Zij heeft ook uitstekende tips over wat er allemaal te doen is in de omgeving. Het appartement is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het privé terras is heerlijk en biedt veel schaduw en privacy. Het restaurant pal naast het appartement is een echte aanrader met lokale gerechten en vriendelijke mensen. Het hondje van de buurvrouw kwam ons elke dag vrolijk begroeten. Wij hebben genoten. Bedankt!

Perfect place for a perfect holiday!
The hosts, Marina and Marko were super friendly, very accommodating and made us feel comfortable 'like home'. The apartment is beautiful and everywhere is spotless. We have never stayed somewhere self catering that has been so well equipped, everything you need is provided.
We recommend Apartments Roza in Roc to everyone who wants to enjoy the treasure of Istria in a peaceful and specific place in harmony with nature, local people and culture.

If you are looking for something special, this is the right choice! We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful apartment. The apartment corresponds 1:1 to the pictures. Stylish decor with a beautiful outdoor garden. Marina the landlady is extremely nice and you can just feel good there.

We had a really pleasant stay. The host is lovely, there’s all sorts of thoughtful necessities — from bug repellant to coffee and sweets — and the house is just charming, with great aircon that lets you sleep even in the worst summer heat.
And as a bonus, there’s a great restaurant literally next door.

Wunderbare Unterkunft inmitten des mittelalterlichen Dorfkernes von Roc.
Marina ist eine wunderbare, völlig unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die uns auch noch nach spätabendlicher Ankunft mit unseren Fahrrädern entspannt empfangen hat. Das saubere Appartment ist samt Küche bis ins Detail liebevoll, durchdacht und vollständig eingerichtet und damit auch für einen Langzeitaufenthalt ideal. Im Flur stehen Kaffeautomat und Cornflake-Spender zur freien Verfügung stets bereit. Wir konnten morgens im idyllischen Innenhof des Hauses frühstücken.
Ein Supermarkt befindet sich keine 2 Minuten Fußweg enfernt, ein gemütliches und ruhiges Restaurant mit landestypischer Küche guter Qualität direkt im Nachbarhaus. Roc liegt gleichzeitig zurückgezogen wie auch touristisch günstig im nördlichen Herzens Istriens, keine 15 km entfernt sind gleich mehrere Trails für Tageswanderungen bequem erreichbar.

Die sauberste Unterkunft, in der wir je geschlafen haben!!!

Außerdem mit viel Liebe ausgestattet: Kaffeebar, Anti-Mücken-Sprays, Lichterketten für die Terrasse, uvm.
Aus Roc aus kann man ganz Istrien super mit dem Auto erreichen, die Lage ist zentral aber dennoch ruhig.
Wir haben super geschlafen. Durch die alte Bauweise und die dicken Mauern ist es angenehm kühl im Wohnbereich, auch wenn es draußen 34 grad sind.

Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder, danke Marina & Familie!

Beautiful and clean appartement. Warm welcome! Loved the private balcony with nice flowers and plants. Appartement was foreseen with everything you need and a little attention of welcome in the fridge. Very appreciated.
Great restaurant next door.
Visited the caves of skocjan and the towns of Rovinj, Porec and Matuvun.

Bellissimo appartamento nel piccolo borgo di Rozzo. Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima Marina, davvero una host esemplare!
Appartamento ben fornito, pulitissimo con una cura nei dettagli veramente impeccabile!! Valore aggiunto sicuramente la terrazza, molto comoda e spaziosa, dotata di tavolo con sedie, sdraie e anche bbq (piastra e fornello). Parcheggio comodissimo vicino all appartamento. Per chi non vuole cucinare a due passi c è un ottima osteria tipica della zona. Prima volta nell appartamento Roža, ma non l ultima.... Torneremo sicuramente!! Grazie mille!

Marina and Marko's place is situated in historical part of Roc next to a church or a square in a romantic street with a small stone yard covered with beautiful fauna. Made us feel like we're allowed to be a part of a historical "museum" and botanic garden at the same time. The town has very strong energy that makes you love it and respect it in every single detail! For us, it was a heaven for having a special occasion, in a human way, for the local gastronomy and exploring the history. 200% recommended! <3

Das Appartment liegt sehr schön mitten in der Altstadt, dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut und geschmackvoll. Die dicken Mauern sind im Sommer eine Wohltat, die Klimaanlage haben wir trotz Hitze nicht benötigt. Eine urige Konoba, die nicht stört, befindet sich direkt neben dem Appartment. Zudem sehr nette Gastgeber.

Posto super tranquillo, curato, accogliente in stile rustico evergreen. Letti comodi e grandi. Spazi grandi e balcone con tavolo dove poter poter mangiare all'aperto con vista sul campanile. Die Lage des Ortes ist traumhaft auf dem Berg mit schönem Blick, neben dem Apartment gibt's eine Konoba mit leckerem Essen und das Haus hat Charme. Marina ist super nett und die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation läuft super schnell und unproblematisch. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher anreisen.
