Marina and Marko's place is situated in historical part of Roc next to a church or a square in a romantic street with a small stone yard covered with beautiful fauna. Made us feel like we're allowed to be a part of a historical "museum" and botanic garden at the same time. The town has very strong energy that makes you love it and respect it in every single detail! For us, it was a heaven for having a special occasion, in a human way, for the local gastronomy and exploring the history. 200% recommended! <3

Perfect place for a perfect holiday!
The hosts, Marina and Marko were super friendly, very accommodating and made us feel comfortable 'like home'. The apartment is beautiful and everywhere is spotless. We have never stayed somewhere self catering that has been so well equipped, everything you need is provided.
We recommend Apartments Roza in Roc to everyone who wants to enjoy the treasure of Istria in a peaceful and specific place in harmony with nature, local people and culture.

Wunderbare Unterkunft inmitten des mittelalterlichen Dorfkernes von Roc.
Marina ist eine wunderbare, völlig unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die uns auch noch nach spätabendlicher Ankunft mit unseren Fahrrädern entspannt empfangen hat. Das saubere Appartment ist samt Küche bis ins Detail liebevoll, durchdacht und vollständig eingerichtet und damit auch für einen Langzeitaufenthalt ideal. Im Flur stehen Kaffeautomat und Cornflake-Spender zur freien Verfügung stets bereit. Wir konnten morgens im idyllischen Innenhof des Hauses frühstücken.
Ein Supermarkt befindet sich keine 2 Minuten Fußweg enfernt, ein gemütliches und ruhiges Restaurant mit landestypischer Küche guter Qualität direkt im Nachbarhaus. Roc liegt gleichzeitig zurückgezogen wie auch touristisch günstig im nördlichen Herzens Istriens, keine 15 km entfernt sind gleich mehrere Trails für Tageswanderungen bequem erreichbar.

If you are looking for something special, this is the right choice! We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful apartment. The apartment corresponds 1:1 to the pictures. Stylish decor with a beautiful outdoor garden. Marina the landlady is extremely nice and you can just feel good there.
Marina was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday, recommend us restaurants and attractions, always answered questions. Thank you Marina

We had a really pleasant stay. The host is lovely, there’s all sorts of thoughtful necessities — from bug repellant to coffee and sweets — and the house is just charming, with great aircon that lets you sleep even in the worst summer heat.
And as a bonus, there’s a great restaurant literally next door.

Beautiful and clean appartement. Warm welcome! Loved the private balcony with nice flowers and plants. Appartement was foreseen with everything you need and a little attention of welcome in the fridge. Very appreciated.
Great restaurant next door.
Visited the caves of skocjan and the towns of Rovinj, Porec and Matuvun.

Een fantastische plek! Middenin een fijn en pittoresk dorpje. Marina is erg behulpzaam, gastvrij en reageert super snel op al onze vragen. Zij heeft ook uitstekende tips over wat er allemaal te doen is in de omgeving. Het appartement is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het privé terras is heerlijk en biedt veel schaduw en privacy. Het restaurant pal naast het appartement is een echte aanrader met lokale gerechten en vriendelijke mensen. Het hondje van de buurvrouw kwam ons elke dag vrolijk begroeten. Wij hebben genoten. Bedankt!

Eine traumhafte Wohnung in einer sehr schön gelegenen, ruhigen Lage. Marina und Marco sind sehr zuvorkommend und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen, sodass wir sehr viel von Istrien sehen konnten. Die Wohnung ist tipptopp und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Roc ist sehr ländlich gelegen. Wer im Urlaub Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier mehr als gut aufgehoben. Mit dem Auto kann man viele tolle Orte in unter einer Stunde FahrZeit besuchen. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und hoffen es war nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Marina’s apartment is right in the heart of the quaint town of Roc. The apartment is pristine and has all that you would need, complete with a private balcony. I would highly recommend!

This was our second visit and it was just as amazing as the first! The apartment is spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. The free Nespresso coffee machine with its fantastic selection of capsules was a real treat every morning! The washing machine was super convenient. The location is ideal for climbers, with fantastic climbing spots just a few minutes away. We can’t wait to return for our third visit! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Roč.
